|This is the standard bearer for the Chimay range. Chimay Bleu is a full bodied and warming, chocolaty-bitter, dark trappist. Best served in a branded chalice glass , with or without the sediment. Good with chocolate and beef. It was first brewed as a Christmas beer by the monks of Scourmont Abbey in 1956. Serve at cellar temperature (10 to 12°C).|
