This sake is brewed from Hanaomoi rice - the finest rice in all of Aomori Prefecture. The delicious Umami flavour, a characteristic of the Hanaomoi rice, is balanced with a pleasant tartness and firm acidity. This full flavoured sake with a long finish will pair well with western cuisine.
