|Grapes from the southeastern end of the Upper Douro region, in a shale / granite transition zone at an altitude of 650 m, with predominant exposure to the North. Reception with total disengagement, followed by very soft pressing (only the must-tear was used). Clarification at 7 ° C for 3 days. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at around 15 ° C. 5 months in stainless steel vats with bâtonnage (3 months).|
Notes of pomegranate, raspberry and strawberry. Good volume and round in the mouth, having a long and dry finish.
