| Produced from Bical grapes on chalky-clay soil, Cerceal and
Sercialinho on sandy soil, was harvested in the second week of September of
2010, and submitted to the technique of concentration (MOLECULAR). The
fermentation of the must was stopped (ABAFADA) using refrigeration. Straw yellow color. Very cool remembering a fragrant white table wine. Turns out round, engaging and with a luscious sweetness. |
