Medium Sweet Sake with a solid body. Yukimegami is a new sakamai used only in Yamagata to make Daiginjo-grade sakes. This Special Sake is brewed for the annual japan sake competition, and is one of the rare entries that is not made of Yamadanishiki. Recommended drunk chilled.

Dewazakura Daiginjo Yuki Man Man Aged (x1)

This sake has a lot of complexity from 5 years of aging at low temperature. It still maintains an excellent Ginjo nose. Nice balance between sweetness and dryness. Recommended drunk slightly chilled.
