Izumofuji White Label

Brewery name is Fuji Brewing Company located in Izumo, Shimane in Japan. Izumo is the origin place of Japanese Sake. Some stories about Sake in Izumo are written in old documents.

Their spirits for Sake Brewing is "Brew Izumo, Become Fuji (Fuji is means Mt. Fuji, the highest mountain in Japan)". Their beautiful and passionate Sake makes wonderful links beween person and person. 

Hand crafted Junmai White Label brewed with Yamadanishiki produced in Shimane. This Sake is the basic, but, the best of Izumofuji which express terroir of Izumo, Shimane. Please enjoy this sake cold and slightly warmed.

Raw materials: Rice and Koji (Koji mold) 

Sake Rice: Yamadanishiki (produced in Shimane, Japan)

Seimai Buai (Polishing ratio): 70% (70% remaining)
