For more than 10 generations, the family of Díaz Bayo devoted themselves fully into cultivating the best vineyard for wine production. Production of Díaz Bayo’s wines are carried out using both traditional and innovative methods, without nasty chemicals and synthetic fertilisers. They provide consumers with wines that are made using the most natural methods that best reflect the characteristics of the terroir.

Sustainability is part of the Díaz Bayo brand where they try their best to work with the environment, and to not compromise the future of the new generations to come.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Intense cherry red that stain the glass
Aroma: Oak, with aromatic notes of spice with a balsamic hint, ripe black fruit combined with notes of cocoa and liquorice
Palate: Fresh, elegant with soft tannins and good acidity 
Finish: Fruity with a long, complex finish
