For more than 10 generations, the family of Díaz Bayo devoted themselves fully into cultivating the best vineyard for wine production. Production of Díaz Bayo’s wines are carried out using both traditional and innovative methods, without nasty chemicals and synthetic fertilisers. They provide consumers with wines that are made using the most natural methods that best reflect the characteristics of the terroir.

Colour: Powerful and intense red cherry
Aroma: Aromas of black fruit with balsamic and notes of minerals. Hints of coffee, cocoa and liquorice
Palate: Oily mouthfeel with notes of black fruit and dried apricot accompanied by subtle notes of cocoa
