For more than 10 generations, the family of Díaz Bayo devoted themselves fully into cultivating the best vineyard for wine production. Production of Díaz Bayo’s wines are carried out using both traditional and innovative methods, without nasty chemicals and synthetic fertilisers. They provide consumers with wines that are made using the most natural methods that best reflect the characteristics of the terroir.

Sustainability is part of the Díaz Bayo brand where they try their best to work with the environment, and to not compromise the future of the new generations to come.

Colour: Intense red with reflections of violet
Aroma: An intense nose with hints of red fruit, aromatic herbs like fennel and mint
Palate: Good structure with a dominant mouth full of red fruits and hints of mineral
Finish: Subtly toasted finish with soft, smoky notes
