This is a blend of four varieties, both red and white, from the Derwent Valley in Tasmania.
It's a wine built all around freshness. The red varieties, Pinot Noir and Gamay, are picked when the fruit is bright and jubey, bursting with fresh berries and some flowery aromatics.
The white varieties, Chardonnay and Riesling, combine for a lightning-sharp spine of acidity - bringing and moreishness and some citrus - it's the perfect Summer red.
This is best served with a slight chill. Smashability writ large.
