Unlike long established vineyards and wineries, we established our organic portfolio at a time of public concern for environmental issues in 1999. We have not had to risk changing from one practice to another as we have established and managed our winery using organic practices from the very start. Our vineyards and pressing facilities are located in different areas: Veneto, Marche, Abruzzo, Apulia, and Sicily.

Color: Lively red colour with delicate garnet reflections.                                                                                                                 
Aroma: Intense aroma, with notes of plum and cherry, spicy, with rosemary and vanilla scents.                                                                                                                                    Palate: Medium well balanced with cherry flavour and a finish of earth, soil and white pepper.
