Previously destemmed grapes went to a pre-fermentative maceration at low temperatures. Alcoholic fermentation took place in "lagares" with temperature control, not exceeding 25ºC. Malolactic fermentation and aging were carried out in French oak barrels for 20 months.
Opaque in color, it has a high density of black fruits and chocolate, but in a fine profile. Large volume in the mouth, with a silky texture complemented by high quality tannins.
