Fermented with stems and film in stone mills without temperature control. The masses are pressed and the wine is separated from gland. The malolactic fermentation takes place after the output of the mill in French oak barrel. Ageing in oak barrel and then bottled.
Garnet colour. Intense aroma, stolen, an excellent combination of natural flavors characteristic of the variety. Round, soft, intense red fruit aromas such raspberry. Long aftertaste.
