Maison Champy runs a large part of its 21 ha of vines on the Cóte de Beaune - especially in Pernand- Vergeless- organically in order to preserve and highlight the true character of its exceptional terroir. Precision wine growing is Maison Champy's objective. The importance of the environment means that every single treatment follows the practices of sustainable and organic farming.

Color: Dark ruby colour with purple highlights.                                                                                                                          
Aroma: The nose is very open, with notes of small black fruit and vanilla on a finely woody background.                                                                                                                    Palate: Fresh upple and round. A lively and structured wine, with tannins that are present but coated. The finish is tart.
