Manual harvest in 18kg boxes. Natural and spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. 28-day Cuvaison. Aging for 24 months in French oak barrels.


Concentrated dark violet color. Generous nose with very intense aroma of crushed blackberries and blueberries. Complexity comes from deep floral scents and toasted barrel notes. Powerful mouthfeel from firm very ripe tannins and a finish that is complex and sustained.
