Sartori - Valpolicella Classico Superiore Ripasso "Regolo" DOC 2016

Sartori winery is located in Negrar, north of Verona, among the hills of Valpolicella, just in the heart of classic production area. Luca and Paolo, representatives of the fourth generation, have managed, thanks to their dedication, to continously increase both quality and quantity of production. This are the outcomes reached thanks to a deep technological equipment innovation without forgetting the knowledge patrimony aquired by the company.

TASTING NOTES

Color: Ruby red with garnet hues.                                                                                                               

Aroma: Berries, black currants, black cherries, and spices and with hints of chocolate. 

Palate: Rich, full-bodied, dry and velvety, packed with baked fruit, dried fruit, and hints of cocoa and vanilla on the lingering finish.
