Wine is the juice of the grape and the fruit of human labor. And so it is written. For a fine, ripe grape, abandoned to its own devices, good wine is no more than an occasional moment of evolution and transition. To know and respect nature and its transformations allows to guide her, with minimal intervention, toward a reliable result that is a pleasure to drink. That is simply what we consider a natural wine.

TASTING NOTE

Color: Deep, violet shaded ruby red

Aroma: Fruity, lightly enriched by spicy hints coming from the old vineyard and from the not overwhelming aging in wood

Palate: Smooth well balanced by the fine tannins, which, in combination with the natural minerality and the well measured acidity
