Villa S. Anna - Vino Nobile di Montepulciano "Poldo" DOCG 2015

The vineyards of Villa S. Anna are a part of extensive land possessions that have been in the Contini-Ruggeri family for over 200 hundred years. The vineyards are located on the prestigious wine growing hills that surround Montepulciano. Villa S. Anna has aquired the "Vegan Certificate"'s brand. Since 2012, Villa S. Anna is following the production method of the "Integrated pest Control Management" on the vineyards, which consist on intervening with specific treatment just when it is needed.

TASTING NOTES

Color: Ruby red in color

Aroma: Upfront aromas of wild berries and spices, with hints of violets and forest floor. 

Palate: Back cherry while notes of vanilla, espresso, licorice, plumps and grilled herb.
