Sartori - Grappa di Amarone NV

Sartori winery is located in Negrar, north of Verona, among the hills of Valpolicella, just in the heart of classic production area. Luca and Paolo, representatives of the fourth generation, have managed, thanks to their dedication, to continously increase both quality and quantity of production. This are the outcomes reached thanks to a deep technological equipment innovation without forgetting the knowledge patrimony aquired by the company.

TASTING NOTES

Color: Clear, brilliant silvery appearance.

Aroma: Perfumed aromas are waxy (candlewax, crayons), then spicy, fruity notes emerge, in particular raisin and plum.                                                                    

Palate: A soft light entry builds into a mouthfilling, spicy profile that’s medium to full bodied, dryish, with spicy dried fruits.
