Maison Champy runs a large part of its 21 ha of vines on the Cóte de Beaune - especially in Pernand- Vergeless- organically in order to preserve and highlight the true character of its exceptional terroir. Precision wine growing is Maison Champy's objective. The importance of the environment means that every single treatment follows the practices of sustainable and organic farming.

Color: Bright color, yellow gold with golden highlights.                                                                                                      
Aroma: Strong aromatic intensity, rich and well opened, with notes of exotic fruits and white flowers, caramel and vanilla.                                                                                Palate: Fresh, opulent body, smooth and round. good aromatic persistence of the fruit, good balance between acidity and roundness.
