This can be found in the Valentini wine tastes, smells, and emotions that inspired the Catania's Great Masters. The wine cellar, like a phoenix, rising from the ashes of an old distillery, now abandoned for over 50 years, giving rise to a set of antiquity and modernity that makes it unique. The company covers over 20 hectares and follows organic viticulture. |
Color: Straw-yellow with green hues. Aroma: Minerality and herbs, stone fruit and candied citrus with undertones of marzipan and toast. Palate: On the palate it is juicy and full of hints of yellow plums and prickly pear. |
